How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

When viewing your cart, enter your code in the “Promo Code” text box provided under the “Order Summary” section (image below). Once you have entered your code, click “Apply.”

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide.
How do you ship orders?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. We also provide alternate shipping with the large courier companies. Ask us for more info.
Do you ship products worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, contact us. You can do so by writing us through any of our social media platforms, such as Facebook messenger, Instagram or through the built-in chat app in our online shop.
Why does delivery take more than a week?
We value bringing our customers affordable prices with great service. This means we maintain our policy of free delivery and are continually growing to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering anywhere in the world free of charge.
If you want faster delivery, you can pay extra for express shipping using one of the large courier companies (DHL, FEDEX, etc.)
Always take into consideration that the order processing time is 1-5 days, depending on the supplier, after payment is cleared. This means your order will take, for example: {processing time: 1-5 days} + {Free Shipping time 12-15 days} = 13-20 days.
Generally orders are processed the day after you place them, so you are most likely to expect your package within 13-16 days if you are ordering to EUROPE, and 5-9 days if you are ordering to the U.S.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Most products have a size chart that will be visible when you click on the product. Contact us if there isn't a size chart and you'd like to see one.
